Emotional Intelligence (EI)
Use the power of EI to target your goals.
While EI will likely be incorporated into any of our coaching programs, this program has a specific focus on developing your Emotional Intelligence through the use of a 360 instrument where you assess yourself and also get feedback from others to help support the goals you want to achieve.
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”
—Aristotle
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
— Viktor E. Frankl
How it Works

Provide overview of ESCI assessment
Selection criteria for individuals to complete the assessment
Selection of participants
Administer assessment
Phase II:
Development Plan
Review the report during a face-to-face meeting and determine how it integrates with your initial goals.
Review detailed ESCI report
Discuss development plan, expectations, and measures (tracking success)
Completion of development plan
Phase III:
Coaching Sessions
45-60 minute sessions (face-to-face, phone, or videoconferencing)
Use of tools, activities, written material and assignments as appropriate
If appropriate, "Shadowing" and/or observations in meetings (decided and agreed upon with client)
Contact with coach via email or text is available in between sessions
Phase IV:
Close
